Onboarding 365 now includes the updated 2026 Minnesota Employee Withholding Certificate (W-4MN), revised April 2026.

What's New?

The W-4MN form has been updated to reflect the 2026 revision. The CDIB/Enrollment number field has been removed from Section 2, Box D to align with the revised official form.

Why Does It Matter?

This update keeps your onboarding workflows compliant with Minnesota's current state tax requirements. All existing values continue to sync without interruption, and no configuration changes or manual action are required.
